Folks, I was reminded of your commitment to our customers today.
It's the reason we open a bit early and close a bit late every day.
The reason that 'Our clientele is our sales force'.
Here is my story:
Hawkeye Engraving is a small shop on McKellips that does name tags,
trophies and other cool things for us. Amber and I have been trying
to get Erik and Sara Scott to be Mesa Bank customers - and we are
going to keep trying! Why? Because they think like we do! Great
service and attention to the client need!
I entered the drive at their business at 4:50 today. Erik sees me
(from his truck) as he is leaving work. Heck, he is almost in
McKellips Road when he sees me. I drive to his front door to note
that they close at 4:30 every day. Before I can get back in my
truck, Erik rolls around the corner, re-opens and takes my order!
Why would I ever want to go anywhere else?
Folks, regulatory burden is huge in our business. Somehow we have to
'impress' our way through all the rules so that our customers feel
like Erik made me feel today.
Make a difference! And have some fun doing it!

Thanks again for an excellent job.
The plaque was a tremendous success.
The Chairperson of our Board of Directors, Wendy Feldman-Kerry,
Mayor of Queen Creek presented the plaque to Larry Siggelkow, Chief
Operating Officer of Vision Airlines at our inaugural ceremonies
last evening. We had channels, 5, 10, 11 and 12 videoing the entire
ceremonies.
